Our return policy lasts for 3 days from receipt of the product, if 3 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, it must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from reimbursement. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not applicable for return or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if approved, a refund will be processed and an automatic credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 1 to 5 days.
We only replace items that are received defective or damaged and are reported within 3 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the country where you reside, the delivery and receipt time of your return may vary, we consider an estimated time of 10 to 40 days under normal conditions.
In order to ship your products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
